Cancellation and Refund Policy
100% refund for cancellations received by December 30, 2025;
50% refund for cancellations received by February 25, 2026;
No refund for cancellations received after February 25, 2026.
Administrative Terms and Conditions
Please note: For all eligible refunds, any bank charges or transaction costs incurred during the refund process will be withheld from the refund. Additionally, Avenue Media SRL reserves the right to deduct a fixed administrative fee of €40.00.
Processing Timeline: Please note that all approved refunds will be processed and issued after the conclusion of the Congress.
